Associate Relationship Manager

Within the Corporate Division, the Multinational Clients Department is dedicated to serve the largest international corporations in Hungary by providing a wide range of commercial banking products (i.e. cash management, investment/working capital financing, leasing, factoring, treasury, trade finance, etc.), including tailor made solutions and complex structured transactions. The front office team is composed of highly experienced Senior Relationship Managers who manage a portfolio of international corporate clients and represent the key point of contact to them. The work of the Relationship Managers is supported by Assistants/Junior Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Mid Officers and Product Specialists to provide high quality service to the clientele, facilitating sales activity and the origination of new transactions.

 

Main task: The candidate will work closely with a dedicated Senior Relationship Manager by shadowing and supporting them in daily tasks with the goal of delivering high quality service for clients.

 

Main activities, with the full supervision and support of the Senior Relationship Manager include:

  • Working on a variety of corporate transactions, by supporting the origination, evaluation, structuring, credit process, closing and monitoring.
  • Attending and actively participating in client meetings.
  • Drafting presentations for internal and external audience.
  • Preparing offers and indicative term sheets.
  • Contributing to write credit applications.
  • Assisting in the drafting of credit facility agreements and implementing banking products.
  • Fulfilling internal administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications/skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and English, efficiently addressing stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a Bank (in corporate administrative field) is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Finance or at least knowledge/experience in Corporate Finance (comfortable reading of financial statements) is an asset.
  • Strong tolerance for day-to-day activities.
